This policy explains what personal data Sawanii (“we”) collects through sawanii.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a brief or message, we collect your name, email address and the details you write. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send there.
Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and run a project if you hire us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored in our website database and email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email adnan@sawanii.com.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device). It sets cookies and Google processes this data for us. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
